Welcome to Flamingo Beauty Bar. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and our permanent makeup, brow, lash, and teeth whitening services. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the terms below.
Appointments & Consultations
Most permanent makeup services begin with a complimentary consultation so we can discuss your goals, review your skin and health history, and determine which technique is right for you. Brow mapping and shape approval happen together, in person, before any procedure begins.
Deposits
A deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of your service. Deposits are nonrefundable and reserve your appointment time specifically for you, regardless of the outcome of your service.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment changes. Clients receive one complimentary reschedule; a $25 rescheduling fee applies to any reschedule after that. Cancellations or changes made inside the 48-hour window, missed appointments, and no-shows may result in the loss of your deposit, as that time was reserved exclusively for you and could not be offered to another client on short notice.
Health & Eligibility
Permanent makeup is not recommended for clients who are pregnant or nursing, have certain skin conditions, are on blood thinners, have recently used Accutane/isotretinoin, or have other contraindications that may affect healing or pigment retention. Please disclose your full health history during your consultation so we can determine whether you are a good candidate. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule a service if it is not safe to proceed.
Results & Healing
Permanent makeup is a process, not a single event. Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, skincare routine, sun exposure, and the technique performed. Color and shape will change as your skin heals, and a perfecting (touch-up) appointment is typically needed to finalize your results. Following your aftercare instructions closely gives you the best chance at a beautiful healed outcome, but we cannot guarantee an exact result, as everyone’s skin heals differently.
Photography & Marketing
We may photograph your service for our portfolio, website, and social media. If you would prefer your photos not be used, just let us know before your appointment and we will happily respect that.
Payments & Pricing
Pricing for all services is listed on our website and is subject to change. Payments are processed securely through Square. Any additional add-ons selected at the time of your appointment (such as lash clusters or strips) will be reflected in your final total.
Website Use
All content on this website, including text, images, and the Flamingo Beauty Bar name and logo, is the property of Flamingo Beauty Bar and may not be reproduced or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
While every service is performed with care, skill, and attention to safety, Flamingo Beauty Bar is not liable for outcomes resulting from a client’s failure to disclose relevant health information or to follow provided aftercare instructions.
Privacy
Information you share with us — including contact details and health history — is used only to provide and manage your services and is not sold to third parties. Booking and payment information is handled securely through Square.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version posted on this page is always the most current.

Text Messaging (SMS)
By providing your mobile number to Flamingo Beauty Bar — when booking, creating an account, submitting a form on our website, or texting us directly — you give express written consent to receive text messages from us at that number. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Messages may include appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling changes, aftercare and touch-up reminders, order and shipping updates, and — if you have opted in to marketing — occasional promotions and studio news.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. You may also opt out by calling (321) 483-8366 or emailing info@flamingobeautybar.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Shop Orders, Shipping & Returns
- Orders — placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel any order, including where an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error.
- Pricing — prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
- Fulfillment — apparel and accessories are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Damaged or defective items — contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Custom and personalized items — because these are made to order, they cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
- Retail products — for hygiene reasons, opened lash, adhesive, and cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Client Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or used in violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
