Your deposit counts toward the price

It’s taken when you book and comes straight off your total on the day. It’s never an extra charge.

Moving your appointment? 48 hours, please

With at least 48 hours’ notice we’ll happily find you another time. Inside 48 hours, the deposit can’t be returned.

First reschedule free, then $25

You can move your appointment once at no charge, as long as we have 48 hours’ notice. Any reschedule after that is $25. Deposits are non-refundable either way.

If you can’t make it, the deposit is kept

It covers your artist’s time, since a missed slot can rarely be filled at short notice.

Please come on your own

Our insurance means only you and your artist can be in the treatment room, so please arrange care for children under 16 in advance.
