Before You Book
Your deposit is part of the price, not extra.
It’s taken when you book and comes straight off your total on the day.
Need to move your appointment? Tell us 48 hours ahead.
With at least 48 hours’ notice we’ll happily find you a new time. Inside 48 hours, the deposit can’t be returned.
Your first reschedule is free.
Need to move it again after that? It’s a $25 fee for each additional reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable either way.
If you don’t make it, the deposit is kept.
That covers the artist’s time, since the slot can rarely be filled last minute.
Please come to your appointment alone.
Our insurance only allows you and your artist in the treatment room. If you need childcare for children under 16, please arrange it before your visit.
Brow Boost is only for recent clients.
It’s available if we’ve seen you in the last 4–8 months. If it’s been longer than that, please book Brow Maintenance or a new set instead.
